1/2-1 clove garlic
dill, dried or fresh
pinch of sea salt
+ Place all ingredients in a blender, add soymilk as needed to reach the desired consistency. (I like my soups thick.)
I enjoyed this soup with whole grain spelt bread with vegan margarine. Simply satisfying.
